In light of this situation, the Immigration Department (IRCC) stated that they will not refuse applications that are missing documents due to the coronavirus. Instead, they will keep the application open, and continue to request additional documents or necessary actions from the candidates until they receive the document or are provided with evidence showing that the candidates has fulfilled the requirements of IRCC.
